I created a character for an animated short where its development and changes needed to be depicted. The lamb starts off sick, dirty, and hungry. I tried to make it as miserable as possible so that the audience would feel sorry for it instantly. Then, as the character's story unfolds, it is treated, fed, and cleaned. Changes take place, and in the end, we see a happy and clean lamb resembling a little angel!
